Privacy notice

Mouldz collects as little personal data as the RFQ process needs, treats RFQ contents as private commercial information, and never publishes or sells it.

What we collect, and why

• Machine configuration data — your answers in the configurator. Needed to prepare the RFQ. Stored in our database against a unique RFQ reference.
• Contact details — name, company, email, optional phone, country and optional city, collected only at the final step. Used solely to prepare and follow up your RFQ.
• Uploaded files — optional specifications or sketches. Stored in private storage, never given public URLs, and shared only with Multitek engineering for your RFQ.
• Attribution data — the landing page and campaign parameters that brought you here, so we understand which technical content is useful. No advertising profiles are built.

What we deliberately avoid

• No user accounts or passwords are required to use the site.
• Calculators and guides work without submitting any personal data.
• Analytics events carry funnel steps, never personal details.
• Your email address never appears in a URL.
• RFQ confirmation pages are private, token-protected and excluded from search engines.

Draft configurations in your browser

Configurator progress is saved in your browser's local storage so you can leave and return. It stays on your device until you submit or reset it, and is not transmitted to us before submission.

Retention and access

RFQ records are retained as commercial correspondence for as long as a business relationship or legal obligation requires. You can request a copy, correction or deletion of your data by contacting Multitek Technologies and quoting your RFQ reference.

Email

After submitting an RFQ you receive a confirmation email with your reference and the specification PDF. We do not add you to marketing lists as a side effect of an RFQ.
