Mouldz by Multitek

Mouldz by Multitek is the metallographic mounting knowledge centre and press configurator of Multitek Technologies.
Mouldz exists for one narrow subject: metallographic specimen mounting — the hot presses, resins, parameters and laboratory workflow that decide whether a mount polishes flat, holds its edge and shows the microstructure honestly. It is deliberately not a general industrial website, and it will never drift into generic moulding topics.
What Mouldz is
Mouldz is a specialist knowledge and configuration resource for metallographic specimen mounting. Its guides explain process choices, its calculators make the engineering visible, and its press configurator turns a laboratory requirement into a structured RFQ.
Who is behind it
Mouldz is a technical initiative of Multitek Technologies. Multitek designs and manufactures the mounting presses configured here; Mouldz is the focused technical layer that explains the choices before a commercial specification is prepared.
What Multitek does
Multitek is an Indian manufacturer of materialography, metallography and materials-testing equipment. Its publicly offered mounting-press families include single-, double- and triple-chamber machines, with custom machine engineering available for non-standard requirements. See the reference configurations from Multitek or visit Multitek Technologies.
Why the content exists
Laboratories should be able to understand mounting pressure, temperature, mould diameter, cooling and machine architecture before entering a sales conversation. Articles are written by Mouldz Engineering and technically reviewed by Multitek Engineering against practical machine-design and specimen-preparation considerations.

Questions about a specific application are best raised through the configurator. Notes and privately stored specification uploads are attached to the same RFQ reviewed by Multitek engineering.
